一句話：Luneki 不收集、不上傳、不分享你的任何資料。所有照片處理都在你的裝置上完成。
1. 我們不收集任何資料
Luneki 沒有帳號系統、沒有分析或廣告 SDK、不追蹤你的使用行為，也不會把任何資料傳到我們或第三方的伺服器。App 運作時不需要網路連線。
2. 照片
你選擇匯入的照片只會在本機處理。所有 AI 功能（修膚、降噪、去霧、物件消除、人臉與人像偵測、天空分割等）都使用內建在 App 中的模型，在裝置上執行，照片不會離開你的裝置。
匯入時，App 會在自己的儲存空間保留一份工作副本與你的編輯紀錄，讓你之後可以繼續編輯；從 App 內移除照片即會一併刪除。相簿中的原始照片不會被修改。
3. 相機與相簿權限
- 相機：只在你使用拍照功能時使用。
- 相簿讀取：以原始解析度輸出你先前匯入的照片。
- 相簿寫入：把你輸出的照片存進相簿。
你可以隨時在 iOS「設定」中關閉這些權限。
4. 人臉資料
App 會在裝置上偵測照片中的臉部位置與特徵點，用於美顏、化妝、修膚等功能；這些資料只在編輯當下使用，不會儲存或傳送。
若你主動使用「人物設定檔」功能註冊某人，App 會把該人的臉部特徵向量與你為他設定的調整參數，儲存在你的裝置上，用來在新照片中認出同一人並詢問是否套用設定。這些資料不會離開你的裝置、不會用於廣告或其他目的，你可以隨時在 App 內刪除該人物設定檔；刪除 App 也會一併清除。
5. 購買
訂閱或購買由 Apple 的 App Store 處理。我們不會取得你的付款資訊，只會從 Apple 取得「是否已購買」的狀態來解鎖功能。
6. 兒童
Luneki 不會收集任何人的個人資料，包括 13 歲以下的兒童。

若本政策有變更，我們會更新此頁面並修改上方的「最後更新」日期。

Luneki Privacy Policy

In short: Luneki does not collect, upload, or share any of your data. All photo processing happens on your device.
1. We collect no data
Luneki has no accounts, no analytics or advertising SDKs, and does not track how you use the app. No data is sent to our servers or to any third party. The app works without an internet connection.
2. Your photos
Photos you import are processed only on your device. Every AI feature (skin retouching, noise reduction, dehaze, object removal, face and person detection, sky segmentation, and so on) runs on-device using models built into the app. Your photos never leave your device.
When you import a photo, the app keeps a working copy and your edit history in its own storage so you can continue editing later. Removing the photo in the app deletes them. The original photos in your library are never modified.
3. Camera and photo library access
- Camera: used only when you take a photo in the app.
- Photo library (read): to export photos you imported at full resolution.
- Photo library (add): to save the photos you export.
You can turn these permissions off at any time in iOS Settings.
4. Face data
The app detects face positions and landmarks on-device to power beauty, makeup, and retouching tools. This information is used only while editing and is not stored or transmitted.
If you choose to register someone with the Person Profiles feature, the app stores that person's face feature vectors, together with the adjustments you set for them, on your device so it can recognize them in new photos and ask whether to apply those settings. This data never leaves your device and is never used for advertising or any other purpose. You can delete a person profile in the app at any time; deleting the app removes it as well.
5. Purchases
Subscriptions and purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your payment information; the app only receives your purchase status from Apple to unlock features.
6. Children
Luneki does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
